STORY

Perama was the suburban Greek restaurant that had an unbroken decade-long run of chefs hats up to its closure in 2011. Since then, chef David Tsirekas has been on his own Homeric journey, cultivating and nurturing Greek kitchens at home and abroad. Like Odysseus and his 10 year journey from the Trojan War to Ithaca, David has taken the long way home to Audley Street, Petersham.

Expect all your favourites like Pork Belly Baklava, Seafood Parcels, Chicken Oregano, Caramel Baklava Ice Cream and the all-time original gangster Lamb Skaras. But David has a few surprises in store after 10 years of menu development. Greek sushi, anyone?
